Krishna Culture wants you to be fully satisfied with their products, so they have made their return policy as easy as possible. All returns or damage claims must be submitted within 30 days from the purchase date preferably in the original packaging.

Damaged Item
Contact Krishna Culture immediately by phone: 1-800-829-2579 or email.
Keep all the packing materials for 5 business days and write down the tracking number in case of a UPS shipment. They might call you to schedule an inspection. Include a clear description of the damage-broken, cracked, missing, etc. Damaged items will be replaced, and a damage claim filed with the US post or UPS. Do NOT send the broken items back to us.

In case of returns call Krishna Culture at 1-800-829-2579 for the authorization code.
They will refund 100% (less shipping charges) on items that are returned in NEW CONDITION within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Store credit for Krishna Culture will be issued for products that have been opened, as they are no longer in new and re-sellable condition. Some products may have a small restocking fee.

Be sure to properly pack your return items, and purchase insurance for a valuable package(s) when appropriate. Krishna Culture does not assume responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. Once the merchandise is received, an email confirming receipt of the return will be sent. Allow at least 10 business days for returns to be processed.

Used or Misused Items
Returns for items that have been damaged by using the items or mishandling items will not be accepted for refund or store credit unless the damage is due to a defect in the new product or as a result of damage during shipping. See the damaged items caused by shipping policy above.

Non Refundable Items
DVD’s and CD’s, Custom printed T-shirts, or special ordered items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders
Orders outside the United States are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Review the damaged item policy above for an exception if applicable.

Check your entries and orders for accuracy. Krishna Culture is not responsible for errors in the ship-to addresses that customers provide. They are also not responsible for the errors resulting from UPS or the post-office once packages have been shipped however they will make every attempt to help resolve and or rectify these errors on an individual basis.
